This is a magnificent Salute mare due about October 17 who is indeed representative of a very unique broodmare opportunity. She is in foal to Byalee Briar, the outstanding young palomino stallion by world-famous Bjorsells Briar 899 out of an elite Swedish warmblood mare.
Susannah is a magnificent type. She has been under-utlilised in the riding department but nevertheless has managed years of pony club and more recently great percentages and placings in dressage. With Briar’s laidback temperament and Susannah’s sweet nature the foal can only be super trainable! Salute of course is the sire of Stirling Stilton – highest placed Australian GP horse at Jerez WEG 2002; DP Christopher, 2005 NSW GP champion; Victory Salute, 2006 NSW GP champion; GV Sioux, 4* eventer; Staccato, world No 1 eventing stallion and the list goes on.
